Problem/Motivation

The 226 TarteAuCitron services definitions are currently loaded on page by default even if only a few services are selected.

Proposed resolution

Generate a new javascript library file containing only the active services definitions.

A new hook has been added allowing other modules to customize the generated file by injecting their own JS services definitions.

The files are currently generated in the public://tacjs directory.
