| griffynh | My thoughts:I'm not sure about this one, seems like the steam has come out of the initiative over the past 6 months.Next triage focusCatch suggsted some options11.2.0 release priority items - 3 ticketsDrupalCMS release target items - 3 ticketsCritical bug reports - 22 itemsMy fear with these is that they've either got too few, and we'll just be posting the same items over and over, or in the case of the criticals, they might be prohibitively hardThe One to me feels like it can be shelved, it's not been posted about much recentlyDaily to me is fine, but I'd like to move off of views and see if we get more engagement? |

| quietone | There are 72 Critical bugs, 23 haven't been updated for over a year. Maybe we should check in with those? |
| quietone | I still like the daily reminders, even if we don't engage. |
| quietone | There are 4,454 bugs that have not been triaged by this group. I still think that should be our focus. And to remember to search for duplicates. But, I still find that it is so much easier when an experienced contributor can comment. But, of course, those are the same people in demand on other aspects of the core. |

| catch | Yeah I also think shifting back to triage would be good. Getting the really old issues fixed is great when they get fixed but it's also very hard work and draining when they get stalled. |
