Description:
The meaning of the administer own $type registration permission has changed. Previously it allowed someone to view, update and delete their own registrations, AND manage registrations and settings for hosts they could edit. Now it only provides access to view, update and delete their own registrations.
An update hook automatically adds administer own $type registration settings permission for roles with administer own $type registration permission, so that existing installs will not perceive any difference in functionality.
