The link to the charter on https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal_cwg returns a 404.

Should be linking to https://git.drupalcode.org/project/governance/-/blob/main/charters/commu.... e
https://www.drupal.org/community/cwg/charter is easier to read, but I love seeing governance documentation managed in version control.

Either link would be better than a 404.
