There are two messages that are displaying with thumbnails module: drupal_set_message for $op and $item object. Uncomment lines #351 and #246 in emthumb.module to remove those.

This is not really a bug, but some debugging code that has been left in the committed code.
The status should be set to fixed from the maintainer of the project when he changes the code in CVS, not from somebody who corrects the code in the copy of the project module he is using.

Emthumb is not working at all at the moment, so I'm marking this as "postponed" for now. We'll remove all debugging messages when the module is ready for a release.
