Drupal Core change record: Includes for hook_hook_info implementations have been deprecated.

This causes test fails against Drupal 11.2.

For now I’d just move the functions to make the pipelines pass again. #3489482: Switch to OOP hook implementations will be the proper solution then, moving all those hooks to methods instead.

Since last week’s scheduled pipeline runs there was also one more change that affected us, the deprecation of entity_test_create_bundle().

Should all be fixed in this MR.
