The private message module adds an Entity Reference Selection plugin 'private_message:not_blocked_user'
Realname should support this like it does for the standard user entity reference.

The MR works but maybe Real Name should define a hook so that 3rd-party is able to append new selectors to the list and avoid hardcoding

I've came with a new idea in #2987189: Realname support. Could you please test that MR but without using this MR. Only the private_message change

Tested. That does fix the issue. no changes to realname are needed with this approach. Thanks.
