Canot be installed with composer & D11

Steps to reproduce

Make a D10.4 local and install the library manager module.

Then update to D11.

Proposed resolution

Update composer.json to allow drupal 11

yes this needs to be fixed asap , please edit the composer.json, remove D8 and D9 and ensure 10 and 11 are proscribed in composer.json for library_manager
