Just score, no reviews needed for axes

Hi all,
Is it possible to exclude "review" field for each axes?
I just need my users to write their reviews in overall, therefore they can use "Short comment" field.
I also want them to rate few questions about that review but I don't want them to write anything about the questions, just the rating would be enough for me.
How can I disable review fields for axes or make them optional instead of mandatory?
