dropdown and dropdown-menu components do not support dividers

Problem/Motivation

Bootstrap defines a divider element for dropdowns, which is rendered as a horizontal rule.

In drupal, an empty menu item may be defined using the route <nolink>. These should be rendered as dropdown dividers when in a dropdown.
