Expected Behavior

Exported configuration has proper names

Actual Behavior

Exported configuration sometimes contains filenames with no domain in it.

Steps to reproduce

Unsure, exporting occassionally produces it. See screenshot.

Is this an artifact of using Domain Config UI and it 'All Domains' setting? In that case can it just be 'default' or 'global' instead of an empty segment?

The problem should have now been fixed in 2.0.x-dev branch. Could you give it a try?
