Add to content type description and actions that it can't generate content

Problem/Motivation

Currently the assistatnt or a human might ask the content type agent if it can generate content. What happens currently is that the agent takes this as a question to check if the content type is suitable for the content they try to add, even if that is not the direct instruction.

When this happens it might say that its suitable, and the assistant that can't forward this to another agent might take that as a positive and say that it can do what has been asked, even when it can't.

Also the content type agents description does not clearly state that it can't add actual content, just manipulate content types. We need to add this, so the agent is clear on that.

Steps to reproduce

Ask the assistant or agent to add add Lemon Merengiue Pie recipe on the Page content type.

Proposed resolution

Add to description that its not possible to generate content using the node agent.
Add to the prompt that the content type agents directly informs that it can't generate content, just content types.
