Description:
The Composer plugin tbachert/spi is now included in the list of available plugins in composer.json, and it is disabled by default. It is a testing dependency added by OpenTelemetry.
The plugin is only used for testing and for the tests that can use it. It is not a required runtime dependency. You may leave this plugin disabled unless you are working with the OpenTelemetry integration.
