Problem/Motivation

After install config inspector, we detected that enabled settings was not defined on the schema.
Error:
Schema error

Steps to reproduce

Install the module and export some paragraph config.
Then install Config Inspector module and review the paragraph schema.

Proposed resolution

Add enabled to the schema.
