2️⃣ Subtopic 1: Theme builder

There's a PoC for the first features of this in[#3483267]. This is largely on hold at the moment. We are planning to continue working on this in the next few weeks. Next we need to lift he PoC into an actual production level feature.

3️⃣ Subtopic 2: Page builder frontend

lauriii	Plenty happening at the moment. We have saving working for Nodes. We have currently @tedbow, @larowlan, and @wimleers (he/him) taking the current saving and making it into something that supports editing several nodes, components and global regions to all be published in a one go.We have @Felix, @Jesse, @longwave, and @bnjmnm on implementing a PoC of the editing global regions in XB. Designs can be found in https://www.figma.com/design/Ps3m4APGHIILsBrm0Uj31N/Experience-Builder?n... if you're curious on how that's going to look.@balintbrews is working on making the "Page data" tab on the right side panel work with the client side state to enable saving and undo + redo.

lauriii	There's now an early version of saving content :tada: This will still go through another round of evolution but it's now possible to save Nodes in XB.
