I want to see that a Book page is part of a Group

Problem/Motivation

When a topic or event are added to a Group, this information is visible in teasers and node page.
For book pages this information is missing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new topic and set it as part of the group
2. You should see the author information and the information that its part of a group below the title
3. Enable social_book and social_flexible_group_book modules
4. Create a new book and place it in a group
5. The info below the title about the author and a group is missing.

Proposed resolution

Add the information for books as well, so that it looks the same as the rest of content types.
