Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue when selecting images while creating a content. Two options are available—"Upload Images" and "File Listing." The "File Listing" option is not working as expected. However, the entity browser view is showing the correct preview, and the widget settings for both options (DropzoneJS for upload and a view for file listing) are properly configured. I’m using the View display as "File Entity Browser: Entity Browser."

Steps to Reproduce:
1> Login as Admin -> Content -> Add Content -> Select a content with image field -> Select Image
2> While selecting Image, a modal with two tabs Upload Image and Files listing will open.
3> While clicking Files listing it is not working as expected and after a seconds of loading time coming back to Upload files option.
4>Now, will take through all the configuration settings on by one:
Drupal Version: 10.2.7.
Modules Enabled:
Entity Browser:
"drupal/entity_browser": "^2.11"

File Browser:
"drupal/filebrowser": "^3.1"

DropzoneJS entity browser widget
"drupal/dropzonejs": "^2.8"

Other related Modules Installed: Entity Embed and like-wise modules.
5>view Configuration and preview working as expected.
6>Entity Browser Config:
GENERAL SETTINGS:

Display:
Display Plugin: Modal

Widget Selector:
Widget Selector Plugin: Tabs

Selection Display:
Selection Display Plugin: Multi Step Selection Display

7> Widget settings are done for Upload Images (Dropzonejs) and for Files Listing(views) are used.
8> Permissions are also correctly enabled for file access.

Reference and configurations: https://www.drupal.org/docs/8/modules/entity-browser/how-to-configure-an...

I referenced and configured settings from this link, but I'm still facing issues with the file listing.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or have suggestions on how to resolve this?

Thanks in advance!

@vrinda krishnan I'm sorry no one has replied to you. I've just become a maintainer of this module. Did you ever manage to find a solution to this? If so would you mind reporting back with the fix? If not we can look into this a bit further. Marking as postponed (maintainer needs more info) until we get a reply. Thank you!
