Problem/Motivation

Metatag Mobile module is generating metatags that Chrome Developer tools warns is deprecated.

Steps to reproduce

* Install Metatag module version 2.0.0 or later.
* Metatag: Mobile & UI Adjustments

Using Chrome developer tools check warnings show on page load.

Proposed resolution

Patch submodule to update metatags added by submodule.

This needs to be handled as three separate steps - in this issue add "mobile_web_app_capable" and deprecate "apple_mobile_web_app_capable", and create another issue for deleting "apple_mobile_web_app_capable".

Also, please provide links to documentation around why the old meta tag was abandoned, and something about the new meta tag, just to make sure we're doing it correctly; we can add these links to the meta tag descriptions to improve the UI. Thank you.

The new meta tag also needs to go into a separate issue so we can separate flagging something as deprecated vs adding new functionality.
