Problem/Motivation

Getting the warnings : modules/contrib/taxonomy_manager\modules\taxonomy_manager_merge\taxonomy_manager_merge.module 36 The 'taxonomy_manager_merge/tree' library is not defined because the defining extension is not installed. Cannot decide if it is deprecated or not. while checking the Drupal 11 upgrade status of Drupal Version 10.3.6.

Steps to reproduce

Install the upgrade_status module and Scan Taxonomy Manager to generate a fresh report
It shows 1 problem is detected: modules/contrib/taxonomy_manager\modules\taxonomy_manager_merge\taxonomy_manager_merge.module 36 The 'taxonomy_manager_merge/tree' library is not defined because the defining extension is not installed. Cannot decide if it is deprecated or not. Refer images.
