This pipeline failed with problems completely unrelated to the MR:

  1. CSpell apparently decided suddenly to also check phpcs.xml, reporting two words (names) as unknown.
  2. SearchApiBulkFormTest failed, very probably because of the problem with Drupal state we already had in #3470166-3: Fix test failures against Drupal 11/PHP 8.3.

No idea what those fails for “phpunit (next minor)” are about (which doesn’t even seem to use the next minor version?), and it’s definitely an improvement, so: merged.
