Create a redirect for recipe cookbook

This is the issue queue for changes to documentation pages.
Site moderators won't add a path alias (or a redirect) for a project documentation, if that is not requested by a maintainer for that project.

I am a maintainer of the Recipes Initiative project and I approve of @nicxvan's request of providing a shorter url to

https://www.drupal.org/docs/extending-drupal/contributed-modules/contributed-module-documentation/distributions-and-recipes-initiative/recipes-cookbook.

@drumm stated in slack that this issue should be created theDrupal.org site moderator queue.

Document moderators, who can add redirects as well, do not follow the site moderators' queue; they eventually follow this issue queue. They
can decide independently whether a redirect for a documentation page should be added, contrary to site moderators who need a confirmation from somebody else.

I added the redirects to the Recipes Cookbook page.

I totally get that URLs like

www.drupal.org/docs/extending-drupal/contributed-modules/contributed-module-documentation/some-module

is too long. That is a side-effect of the decision to always use "automatic URL alias". That is another discussion.

However, I object to "randomly" creating very nice URLs for just one module / project. This doesn't scale. Anyway, the created redirects doesn't hurt anyone ...

Finally, I don't think the documentation for "Distributions and Recipes initiative" belongs under "Contributed module documentation". I think it fits much better under "Drupal Recipes".
