In #3470166: Fix test failures against Drupal 11/PHP 8.3, we had to apply an override to ViewsDisplayCachingTest::assertViewsCacheTags() in order to make tests pass against Drupal 11. This is only needed until our Drupal 11 tests use a version of Core that includes #3468502: sebastianbergmann/comparator:5.0.2 Introduces (for Drupal) breaking changes, so once that is the case we should remove this override again.
