Throwing Deprecated function errors about describelogGroupHandler is deprecated [#3471106]

Problem/Motivation

Upon installing installing the module via /admin/modules/, you immediately get the following error...

Steps to reproduce

Just installing it, I do have the Sodium module also installed which I don't believe is important.

Seeing the error running both PHP 8.2 and PHP 8.3
