Dragging sections in the Layers sidebar duplicates section labels

Overview

There is some odd behaviour when reordering sections in the sidebar. Dragging a section duplicates it when you stop dragging. Sorry if an issue already exists - I searched but couldn't find a similar issue

Steps to replicate

Set up experience Builder
Click Add Section
Add the Hero section to the bottom of the page
Try to reorder sections in the Layers sidebar.
See that sections in the sidebar are duplicated on each drag. Note that the actual sections aren't duplicated, just the labels in the sidebar
