Problem/Motivation

We have override warnings that are outdated. The code has been released for many months now, so we can reasonably assume that these are stable enough, and aren't about to change.

commerce_order_type: "Experimental, may change"
simplenews_newsletter: "Not tested for large numbers of recipients"

Remove them.
