\Drupal\embed\EmbedType\EmbedTypeBase::__construct() now triggers a deprecation warning when \Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleExtensionList parameter is not provided. This will throw an error in embed 2.0.0.

Impacts: 
Module developers
