Problem/Motivation

Following https://www.drupal.org/node/3382316 the views setting default_argument_skip_url has been removed in Drupal 11.

Steps to reproduce

The issue detected by upgrade_status module.

Remove the setting from the config views.view.address_test_filter_administrative_area.yml
