Also onboarded front devs (Alan and Feb) a couple weeks ago. And have gotten a lot of docs uploaded to d.o. And have added a ton of issues. Lots going on and I'm probably forgetting things 🙂 My only blocker is not enough hours in the day (edited) |

No blocker, just have some works on other projects need to be done before go back to work the component. |

| Dang Tran | I was able to set up the project on my local following the guideline at https://www.drupal.org/community-initiatives/starshot-demo-design-system... started with startshot prototype. At the step to enable required modules for civictheme, there was an errorUnable to install modules components, block_content, ckeditor5, config, content_moderation, datetime_range, focal_point, help, image, inline_form_errors, layout_builder, layout_discovery, media, media_library, options, rest, shortcut, taxonomy, user, views, field_group, layout_builder_restrictions, linkit, menu_block, paragraphs, pathauto, redirect, webform, system, node, search_api, search_api_db due to missing modules search_api, search_api_db.Not sure which modules above requires search_api or search_api_db I did composer install search_api to get through the step above.And at the step to enable the theme drush then demo_design_system , the correct command on my local was drush then civictheme .Maybe we need the last step to set civictheme as the default theme?I see some drush commands not started with ddev , which I think should be preferred?And to run storybook, probably, we should have a command cd web/themes/contrib/demo_design_system , run npm i and then npm run storybook ?Just some notes about what I did on my local to set up the project, not sure if other devs run into the same things. I'm not very familiar with ddev so I might miss something! (edited) |

| Dang Tran | Thanks @Kristen Pol (she/her)! I'm interested in Experience Builder and building theme with SDC components, how to leverage components in the most flexible way. I would like to contribute to the initiative, I can do probably 5 hours a week. I'm still new to SDC. I can do testing the components, test how to use them with and without Experience Builder. I think I will do testings like a developer rather than a QA 🙂 I can also review documentations and doing developments! |
