With using a cspell:disable over maintainers is fixing the cspell issue but now readme.md is displaying this [//]: # cspell:disable which is not looking great.

Bifurcation of Maintainers.txt from Readme.md to make it more cleaner.
Also remove _LENIENT_ALLOW_LIST: token as token module is released a new tag with D11.

markie commentedI think I want the cspell-project-words.txt to be added back and use that approach over inline disables. Or update the .gitlab-ci.yml file to include any words picked up by cspell.. or disable cspell because I am ok with words that aren't spelleded correctly..
Note to self... remove Kanopi from supporting organizations..
