Problem/Motivation

In https://git.drupalcode.org/project/eck_site_settings/-/blob/1.x/src/Twig... we can retrieve the entityinterface yet we cannot do that in Site Settings or via Twig Tweak.

Steps to reproduce

Try to get the entity itself.

Proposed resolution

Add this option. Decide on function name.
