Hello, just descoring this nice little module^^.

I would like to use the rownumbers but i'm using pager too with 100 items to display per page and I've got a lot of pages.
Page 1, the rownumbers are from 1 to 100, but it's the same in the others pages, instead of having 101 to 200, 201 to 300...

Is there a solution to this? Any possibility adding this soon? Maybe is already exist?
