Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hello!

I submitted my first ever issue today. https://www.drupal.org/project/responsive_favicons/issues/3457880

Unfortunately, it was a bug report involving a module's handling of links and necessarily required sample links.

So, I suppose it's somewhat reasonable that it would be detected as spam. (A nice enhancement for the spam detector might be to ignore links for example-dot-com.)

Would it be possible to have the "spam" flag removed?
