It seems that tags made with Community Tags are not being redirected by Taxonomy Redirect. I don't know which module needs fixing so I'm posting that here too.

I've just checked 6.x-1.x-beta5 and 6.x-2.x-dev and both work with Taxonomy Redirect for both "links" and "tagadelic" display types.

BEWARE: If you use the last stable release of Taxonomy Redirect - 6.x-1.3 (2008) - your tagadelic "All tags" will not display properly - see #620136: Breaks Tagadelic Weighting. Use later version if available (not at time of writing) or 6.x-1.x-dev.
