Integrating a GDPR tool into the Sobki profiles

Pre-parameterise an RGPD module in the Sobki profile so that it is available as soon as the profile is installed.

Module that stands out the most : EU Cookie compliance module, Axeptio, Orejime or One Trust/CookiePro.
