Problem/Motivation

Vertical separator line is overlapping the help tooltip.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install navigation module
  2. Collapse the left sidebar
  3. hover over the help menu button
  4. A line is overlapping the tooltip
  5. Please see screenshot for reference.
