Problem/Motivation

The install generates a custom theme which is one of the core features of this starter kit. Upon install it is not enabled by default.

Steps to reproduce

Install and see 'https://*.lndo.site/admin/appearance'. The custom theme is not enabled.

Proposed resolution

Theme generated on install should be enabled by default
