Description:
\Drupal\Core\Installer\Form\SiteConfigureForm::__construct() has been changed:
- It requires the entity type manager injected instead of the user storage from 11.x on. Passing a user storage object is deprecated in 10.3.x
- It requires the container parameter 'security.enable_super_user' to be passed in from 11.x on. In 10.3.x not passing the parameter will result in a deprecation notice.
