Description:
The constructor of the workspaces.operation_factory service (\Drupal\workspaces\WorkspaceOperationFactory) no longer receives $cache_tags_invalidator as an argument.
For reference, here's the current definition of constructor arguments for that service:
arguments: ['@entity_type.manager', '@database', '@workspaces.manager', '@workspaces.association', '@event_dispatcher', '@logger.channel.workspaces']
