Problem/Motivation

To have the responsive table kick in at a custom responsive breakpoint, I needed to overwrite the SASS partial file

The fixation of this breakpoint was introduced here #3432451: Support disabled BS CSS class in link mixins, thus I propose to introduce a new variable.

Variable should not be used inside hyphens ..
