Problem/Motivation

When allowing revisions on media in Drupal 10.1, a duplicate Revisions tab appears.

Steps to reproduce

- Configure revisions on media entities and enable media_revisions_ui
- Create a new media entity and view that entity
- Note the duplicate Revisions tabs on the toolbar next to View/Edit/Delete

Proposed resolution

Only show one revisions tab.

Can confirm I do have the same problem using GIN

Confirms this works.

Applying this patch removed the duplicate navigation item.
