Hi Drupal team,

I just created an account with the intention of creating our company listing (Suments Data) to publish a module we've been working on.

As the account will be shared within our development team, my understanding is that I should create an organization and then our developers create their own account and linking it from "Work" tag on their profiles.

Can you please point me in the right direction to do this?

Your understanding is correct.

I have confirmed your account because only confirmed users can create a organisation page.

Creating an organization node is not necessary because of a shared account. An organization node is created to give information about the company/organization you work for, and can be done even without a shared account.
(Also, an organization node is not an account; it is just a node with information about an organization.)
