[META] Implement the final design system

Problem/Motivation

The current styles implemented are based on the initial designs developed in July 2023. We're working on a new design system that will be implemented to the rest of the UI: it includes things like new typography system, colors, buttons, layer styles... that will be used both on the top bar (hidden for now behind a flag) and that will be ported in the future to the rest of the UI.

Proposed resolution

This issue will serve as the parent to get all the new designs implemented, and also to explain why and what this is happening.
