Problem/Motivation

Background color not appearing on layout builder plus sidebar add block off canvas.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on add block button on layout page
2. You will see background color is not added on the sidebar, please refer to the screenshot.

Proposed resolution

Add background color to the sidebar.
