Problem/Motivation

The anchor tag inside the Layout Builder's add block off-canvas is not visible on hover, and the default state's color contrast ratio of 1.67 is failing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the add block button in the bottom of the layout page
2. In the off canvas you will see the link is not accessible on hover as well as on default state.
3. Added screenshot for same

Proposed resolution

Update the color of anchor with good contrast ratio to the background color.

Replicated the issue at D-10 Seems MR at #2 Resolves the issue mentioned

Hmm, interesting. I like the white cause I usually use really dark background colors for the UI elements. What if people like lighter color ones? Maybe we should make all the text colors configurable? 🤔
