Distros and Recipes: Repository of contributed recipes

Problem/Motivation

* In order to foster more support for "Distributions and Recipes"
* In order to accelerate adoption of "Distributions and Recipes"
* In order to get folks off the ground and running without a lot of tinkering

Proposed resolution

* There should be a repository linked from the d&r project page and other documentation of where folks can share their recipes and find some of their own.

Remaining tasks

* Create or identify a repository containing recipes. Can be a git repo or gist or ..?
* Link it from the d&r project page
