MR !9 still says "Drupal 9 or 10", so it needs a reroll for the core versions 3.0.x supports before it goes in. Thank you, anjali mehta and kenyoowen :)

Rerolled MR !9 onto 3.0.x, conflicts gone, and it now points at the Vardot library instead of the northernco one. Thank you, anjali mehta and kenyoowen :)
