Problem/Motivation

'odbc' uses the same format as 'sqlsrv' yet since we check only for 'sqlsrv', no tables show up.

Steps to reproduce

use 'odbc' driver to connect to an sql server.
enable this module
go to create a new view -> no tables listed

Proposed resolution

Add 'odbc' to list of allowed servers.
