Description
Getting errors for jQuery dependency when running Storybook in CT and child theme.
Storybook for the library works ok.
We need to understand why this is happening and “uncouple” them.

Need to confirm if this is still the case.
Steps to reproduce
1. Install civictheme
2. Build theme assets
3. Open built storybook and observe that property knobs have disappeared.
4. Do the same for a new sub-theme and observe the same outcome
