Problem/Motivation

I was getting a Javascript 'Syntax error ID not defined' when aggregation was on. This is just upgraded D10 so not sure when the error appeared, but have tested against 5.0.x-dev with d3 7.8.5 and billboard.js 3.10.3

Proposed resolution

By adding that the JS is already minified to the library declaration it worked again.
