EntityInlineForm class has a new $theme_manager constructor argument

The EntityInlineForm class has a new $theme_manager constructor argument. Classes that extend this must update accordingly.
Or even better: Code constructor argument independent. Example:

MyClass extends EntityInlineForm {

  protected $myDependency;

  public static function createInstance(ContainerInterface $container, EntityTypeInterface $entity_type) {
    $instance = parent::createInstance($container, $entity_type);
    $this->myDependency = $container->get('my_dependency');
    return $instance;
